The folks at Metal Supermarket are always friendly on the phone when I call my order in. Before I finish the call, they always read back what I order and the order is always perfect when I pick it up. I've been trading with these guys for over 20 years and if they don't have what I want, they'll get it for me within 24 hours generally and within 48 hours on really special items! My orders are almost always small, but it doesn't seem to make a difference to them! Fair treatment for everyone at a fair price!
