My only suggestion as a fellow business person and an engineer (who never heard of your company before and only found your company by searching on-line), is to do more on-line marketing, offer incentives for your existing customers to provide referrals, and market in engineering trade journals, and trade shows, etc.

Your receptionist was exceptional on the phone --- personable, attentive, and doing everything to help.

My product request was an unusual one. The people at Metal Supermarkets were exceptionally helpful in getting me what I needed.

The "boss" made special arrangements to get my product to me as fast as possible.
