I have always found Metal Supermarkets to be efficient and accommodating, especially since my orders have always been modest in size. A hobbyist like me is treated just the same as a bulk buyer!

You guys do a great job
Quick and easy to order with plenty of choice of materials
Good selection, good prices. I just wish you had a better selection of high carbon, hardenable steels.
The fact that you are servicing products that are difficult to source at small levels, but treat the small business person with the same respect I imagine the larger organizations. The product you provided for us was excellent, and the fact that you provided the size we needed was very helpful. I have to add that the representative was incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward with information. Just a note Raffi Djeredjian is a keeper, once a again I refer back to the assistance and knowledge he brought to the transaction is tough to find these days.
Very honest group of individuals.
