I like everything about Metal Supermarkets. I like that i can go to their website and search for the type / grade of metal i'm looking for and enter the sizes to get an idea of cost before i call my local store. I like the no minimum order, buy just what you need , cut to your requested size. Everyone in the office and on the shop floor is always happy and helpful every time i go there. I'm so happy to have Metal Supermarkets in Charleston. I think they are one of the best companies / people that i do business with.

Pricing is very competitive. The whole process of contact & procuring products is very efficient & customer orientated.

Just so easy to order what I need and know how much its gonna cost. In comparison the next closest place i can get steel from is Glaser, and they don't even have a website that you can even see inventory let alone order form or even have prices, so its a crap shoot to just go and ask for steel and then get the bill, but with you guys i can order what i need, including cuts ad know right then how much without even leaving the house. you're also very close to me although that's a bonus hahah. Staff is great, facility is nice and easy to get to and load from. I've built a few things now sourced from you so thanks and will def be ordering again and again!
