Quick and easy!!

I joined Cal-Fit when it started out in Elk Grove in an empty grocery store ... and have been with this Club ever since. It feels like "family" and I just don't get that same feeling if I go into any other gym.

Quiet and people leave you alone.

Everyone is so friendly. I enjoy seeing and making new friends and working out in Shaun’s kickboxing class. The atmosphere is not threatening and all the workers are very friendly and kind.

I enjoy the atmosphere, the classes, and the environment but since we're back from the pandemic lot of machines that come from the outside tent are mostly damaged, with squeak sounds and other things. Hoping they all be checked and get it fixed and get it clean. Not enough booths for spray and paper towels to wipe the machines sometimes their empty. The bathroom floor is always wet and smells(very uncomfortable) too small for people in and out to use the washroom. We need a bigger space in the Women's restroom.

Lots of good equipment, free weights and choices. I like the open airy spaciousness of the layout of the Sunrise Club. Its bright and cheery. I appreciate the staff as they always are so welcoming when you arrive and check-in and when you leave, they always acknowledge you and say good bye.

Variety of equipment at all clubs is second to none - employees/staff professional and friendly - wide variety of classes - all of the club amenities make the club much more than just a workout facility. The club (and in fact all of their clubs as I have gone to at least 7 over the years) are always extremely clean and well maintained. We like to play racquetball and the Elk Grove location is the best - in town.
