Open space, classes, adequate equipment
The classes are great, especially Zumba and Strength. I'd like to see another Zumba class offered, particularly in the morning. Kathy is a fantastic instructor! The front desk people are always friendly and welcoming. I enjoy coming to the club.
More classes please. More Zumba in the early hours. I really like every thing else.
How well the club is kept clean and the good working condition of all the equipment. The staff is always very nice and friendly. It makes it nice to want to go there.

CLEANINESS, FRIENDLY, SAFETY (ESPECIALLY IN THE PARKING LOT) ARE THE MOST THINGS THAT I LIKE AT CA FITNESS IN FOLSOM. I WISH THE MANAGERMENT COULD STOP REMODEL THE FACILITY AND USE THAT MONEY TO GIVE BONUS TO THEIR HARD WORKING STAFFS.

The gym is clean and the workers are friendly, I hope more aqua for classes are added soon.
Staff is always accessible for help and to answer questions. I also appreciate that there are some protein filled nutritional items are available. I’ve been turned on to new products thanks to clubs, specifically quest protein bars and met-rx Ted protein shakes, both of which I’ve sought out on my own and have been working into my dietary rotation.

Good equipment. Members are very respectful of one another. I had been avoiding the gym with the uptick in the COVID variant spread, but looks like CalFit was doing okay all along. I feel safe to return to the gym.

Everything...awesome program
I enjoy coming in to the gym. The only complaint I have is people on their cell phone & holding up the machines and workout area. Also I would like to know when the movie machine will be fixed. I know that is not a high priority. Thank you.
