Starting with the front desk, the people working there are always very friendly and helpful if need be. They always call me by name before they see it on check in. The classes I take and teachers r quite good. They show how exercises should be done. They also show adaptations of doing them that aren’t as difficult. Teachers also very friendly. The gym is always very clean. I’ve been a member for several years and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm overweight and don't feel comfortable in gym clothes etc.. I decided to try going back to the gym after years and I feel welcome, people are nice, staff is nice. So far a great experience.

I love the staff when I come in the early morning staff is very nice speaking and I love that I really enjoy my work out in the pool.

For several years, the manager and much of the staff have been great and genuine in their greetings. I appreciate how they do their best (hasn't been easy the last 18 mos) on maintaining things (many things are wearing out around pool, locker room, etc).

I've heard a few customers complain about the music over the speakers and know of one customer saying "this is CA FAMILY fitness but the music is degrading, distasteful and not one where we will bring our family.". I've heard several others say the same and don't see some anymore. I might be coming at a different time recently but I'm not noticing the awful music as much but it's an easy fix and hope something is done. We know this is above those at the particular location and it's at Corp office.

It's like a family atmosphere with most at CFF Sunrise.

I like the equipment and I liked the expanded hours which are starting to get back to normal. I like the vibe and for the most part everyone is respectful of eachother
