I really.missed going to the gym during the Covid. So I would go to a friends pool to swim and workout!

Very friend staff, bathrooms in women’s change room a little dirty, as was the steam room floor
Great Clubs-Top to bottom-Class with a Smile. Clubs are so clean, equipment is first class. Everyone from Staff to Trainers are there for you with A GOOD ATTITUDE. I've been a member over 12 years, they Stayed open for us in the worst of times inside or outside as well. The pool area's are fantastic, like a resort. Classes on all levels are abundant. I'd recommend California Family Fitness to anyone.

There are 4 swimming pools, 2 floors of excessive equipment, classes, massage robots.
No masked required beyond the political sign at the door.

It's like a family environment
I am so glad the performance swim class has been brought back. I also appreciate the early morning crew (opening crew) at Rocklin Sunset (the front desk and custodial crew are awesome!)
I like that the lap pool is well-maintained, it isn’t too warm, and it’s easy to get a lane. The other swimmers are friendly and helpful.
Getting better with cleaning the mens locker room. I understnd why it was not maintain, especially during the weekends but glad to see the improvement.
