Nice clean
Love this gym, been a member here for 17 years. From the Spots fitness where you can work out in privacy on most days Monday thru Friday, to West Rocklin gym that's closer to home. Great to have two clubs so nearby.
I feel "at home" at my Cal-Fit...... Have been a member for quite some time and folks recognize me - might not know my name but do remember me. The instructors are all helpful and friendly.

I like it for racquetball
Friendly, helpful staff and members. Clean locker room and pool/hot tub area. I have recommended your club to several of my friends.
Love water aerobics. Go three times a week. Need more classes scheduled. Too many people in a class makes it difficult to move around.
Many choices of cardio and weight machines, different rooms to work out in, several TRX spots, fun effective classes, 3 pools for sun fun, new pickle ball activity, child care and kids rock wall. They keep it clean and functioning.

Welcoming environment to all ages. Lots of equipment for all levels and workout focus.
It is clean. Equipment is organized and I enjoy group fitness classes.
Would like to see more evening cycle classes on the schedule.

TV couch area is a nice touch so I can wait until family members finish.
THE ORANGEVALE STAFF ARE WELCOMING WITH A SMILE. EVERY PERSON FEELS AS THOUGH THEY BELONG AND ARE WHERE THEY SHOULD BE UPON CHECKING IN. DEFINATLEY A POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, AND CLEAN ENVIORNMENT!

Friendly persons at the desk, easy andf free parking, clean environment, good variety of equipment, and indoor pool. My trainer Taylor is great!
The club is large, so you have space in all the areas. The club is the cleanest I've ever joined. Equipment is abundant. People and staff are friendly and helpful. Always a smile and Hello at the front desk. The pool area is a resort most of the year. With a pool for kids and lap lanes plus a nice spa it's ideal for everyone. Kids club for all ages is amazing with staff that really care. I've had my grandkids in there and they love it. It's just a great facility. I'd recommend it to friends and family.
