I love that the club is large and there's room for everyone. I especially like the small workout room on the second floor. It's a bit quieter in there.

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere that everyone makes you feel welcome. Your staff is very helpful and always asking how you are doing and not every location is like that. The location is always clean and organized so it makes me feel better about working out and being healthy!

I love the group fitness classes and I like the amenities the clubs provide
While I do feel Cal Fam Fit is the best club in the area they could do a better job with the cleanliness of the various clubs…especially the Natomas location. Years ago the club was so much cleaner with more staffers taking responsibility to keep the gym/locker rooms clean
Very expansive facility with many, many exercise options. Enjoy hot tube, sauna, and steam room.

Close to home and hasn't been too crowed during my workouts. Enough equipment to go around.
I visit this gym during all different times of day and I can always get the machines/equipment I want. Elena’s spin classes are the highlights of my week. Add more spin classes plz!!

The Folsom club has a great variety of equipment and it's kept clean. The staff is welcoming.
The proximity to my residence is probably the best thing about the club. The members are another perk as the club is a good mix of folks.
