I love accumulating points which is fun.

Al the staff are friendly and helpful. I never feel I'm being judged by staff or other customers. Very comfortable setting and they offer so much variety. The best gym I've ever belonged to.

So far I like the flexibility of the hours and locations. I wish more locations would have day care though. Plus daycare hours are way too limited. Hopefully you can open up more day cares so people with kids can get back in shape.

the facility is kept clean, repairs are made in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly enough to ask them questions.

The courts are cleaned, the floors have no markings from black soles tennis shoes, wall are kept cleaned of marks.

the weight machines fit my needs for my workouts, The bikes are sufficient to use for a 20 minutes ride. the treadmills variety are useful for a complete workout.

The locker room are cleans and plenty of room to change, showers are comfortable,

I like that it has the childcare option. It is very important to me with my baby and gives me the piece of mind to work out knowing she’s being cared for.

I appreciate the group fitness classes that include Step and Pilates. The instructors are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable.
I do hope corporate supports replacing worn, non functioning exercise and unsafe equipment. There are several treadmill and stationary bikes that function less than 109%. They are old and have been repaired over and over again but still have issues.
In the group fitness room the temperature for the 9 am classes is too hot. Members complain on most days before class starts. Floor and ceiling fans are not enough so the side door is opened regularly. It would be helpful to have a second waste can or bucket for the ceiling leaks. Members use the wet waste can to toss their used wipes and tissues. Lastly, the speakers on the right side work intermittently causing the instructor to increase volume. This results in the left side of room overwhelming the people working out on that side. If management would check on the members in these classes some of these issues could be resolved. Thank you.

The Greenhaven club has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere where the members interact with each other. The facility is set up so that members that are new to working out or want more privacy when working out can do so with the equipment located in various rooms instead of one open floor plan.
