I like this club a lot. It is family friendly and non judgemental.
Clean. Early morning access is good.
I do not like that after I aged into the 'senior' category - I was not automatically given a senior discount on my membership. I have been a member for more than 20 years.
They said that if I wanted the 'senior' discount - I would have to sign up for a new contract. That's lame.
The club is clean, the staff is friendly, the equipment works. This place is my home away from home. Way to go CalFit Carmichael!

Not too busy and very clean
Cal Fit’s classes are fun. The instructors are mindful of safety and offer a variety of dance moves as well as strength variations. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly.

The personnel are friendly and helpful. The club is clean and has the best employees making sure it is. Handball courts are well maintained and available.
I love that this club gives me everything I need. I can swim, I can play tennis, I can take a group classes, or I can work out alone. But there are no excuses because it has everything.

What's not to like, the joint is great pilgrim's.
I attend Joy Cazel’s water aerobics classes on Monday and Wednesday and absolutely luv her classes! She leads the classes with energy, a variety of exercises, and great music.
I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and want to acknowledge Claudia, the friendly custodian on the women’s side.
Finally, Andrés, the assistant manager was helpful in explaining about personal training classes.
It’s my time to enjoy my swimming class, I wish we had more swim classes. And yoga for Senior or for person who are recovering from illness, who need a gentle class.
