Have used your shop for repairs to two Specialized e-bikes. This visit I provided a detailed summary of the issues I was having and it was the second time having done so. Normally I have excellent service but again on this second visit apparently nobody did a detailed review of the motor noise. I was told nobody was available to retest ride it or ride along me when I could duplicate the noise. I called the tech support at Specialized and explained the noise issue and the tech agreed the noise was a normal motor noise and he asked me to get a recording of the noise. My recording was not very good. One of your salesmen graciously listened to my complaint and rode my bike, heard the noise and got a recording to send to Specialized. I guess they concurred it was a defective motor and were to send you a new one. I was disappointed it took 3 trips to resolve the issue. I knew the noise was not “normal” motor noise as this is my second e-bike as well as comparing it to my brothers same bike. I am happy Specialized came through as I was disappointed that a $5000 bike was so noisy. I only hope it’s is fixed (I have not had a chance to check the rattling noise repair yet)
