Great staff and service

Not cheap, but no worse than other shops and service from first greeting was genuine and welcoming. I came in knowing what I was looking for. Online said you all could get it in 2-3 days, but you all had it the next day. No complaints. Thanks for a beautiful bike. My daughter is thrilled!

The bike mechanics fixed my leaking tubeless wheels by installing new tape and new upgraded Industry Nine valve stems that another bike shop had installed. All of my bike service will now be at Bike Mart.

Excellent maintenance and repair work

Brought my son’s bike in for a repair. Turns out the fix was super simple so it was fixed in a couple of minutes with no wait and no charge. I know that can’t always be the case, but these guys are always helpful.

Great place and set up for anything that you may need for your bike in addition to a full service maintenance on any bike you bring in. Very impressed with the business and the warm welcome I had being a first timer at the store. I was helped by Kelly and he was very personable and didn’t make me feel dumb for being a new timer and getting back into biking.

Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.
Duncan let me sit on multiple bikes, adjusted the seats and made sure I felt comfortable on each one.

Every time I go to Bike Mart in Clearfork everyone is extremely helpful. Recently took a bike in to be tuned up and add new bar tape and it was completed within 24 hours!

I recently bought a bike from here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Duncan helped me out, and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a ton of questions, but he was incredibly patient, took his time, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice.
Beyond the great service from Duncan, I just love the overall atmosphere of this store. All of the employees are super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes a huge difference when a shop has such positive energy.
