Their Service Technician arrived the next day on time and encouraged me to ask any questions that he could help with.
The Service tech did his inspection and told me that I could expect a fill truck the next day.
As expected, the Tech and Tank truck arrived. We had the opportunity to talk . He answered all my inquiries .

Fast and friendly service!!! They seem to always go above and beyond. I am on a WILL CALL basis and they have always come either the same day I call or the very next day. Small town atmosphere is where it's at, neighbors serving neighbors!
You were amazing! We ran out of propane with our former supplier after they had told us months ago we couldn't be on a keep full program.... this was on Friday. I called you Monday morning and by 3 pm we were set up as Steven's customers!!

I called regarding usage charge and It was taken off. I called for propane and it was delivered the next day. I called to order prepaid propane and , after noting my concern about prices being higher than competitor's, I was offered a similar price. Despite Buckley Chatter comments against Superior Plus, I have been satisfied. Those comments do make me more cautious though. I was told I need a smaller tank though I believe I use enough for the size I have. I was told I would get a phone call about replacing the tank but I haven't yet. I will be calling to make sure that is on my record so that when the usage charge comes up again next year, I will have proof that it was to be taken care of.
