I recently received a bill from Steven’s Propane for tank rental. I am on SS so I have limited resources. I called them and spoke with Brittany, a very nice woman… long story short, she removed the charge and set a new limit for propane use. I am very happy Steven’s did this for me, it was another expense I didn’t need. I guess the rental comes into play if I used less than 600 gallons a year, I was at 519… I just think that was very considerate. Good people who care about others translates to companies that still care about the community they serve. Thank you Brittany!

Not only were you one of the few companies who were willing to bring us out a tank, almost immediately, but even when it came time to fill that tank (because we use a lot) you guys were here in just a few days! We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!
It is easy to reach a REAL person and get the answers I need. I am new to "the country" and have not used propane at home before, so I appreciate Steven's accessibility and personal service.

Tim was our delivery guy and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. This is our first home with propane, so I was unaware of any tips and tricks. Also thankful he was out to deliver propane the day after I requested it!

Andrew and the staff (I forget their names) are all wonderful and very helpful every time I call or stop in.
during late fall and winter months they deliver very month so I will have gas for my generator if something goes wrong.

Their Service Technician arrived the next day on time and encouraged me to ask any questions that he could help with.
The Service tech did his inspection and told me that I could expect a fill truck the next day.
As expected, the Tech and Tank truck arrived. We had the opportunity to talk . He answered all my inquiries .

Your customer service is second to none. I had a slight little issue where my last online payment was posted six times! Once I caught it, I phoned the office in a panic! The gal that answered the phone was so pleasant. She handled the situation in just a few minutes.
