Always friendly and fair. One time I ran out on Easter day. I wasn't on the "keep filled plan". I had a bunch of people coming for lunch. I call them in the morning and when I got home from church they had been to my house and filled my tank. NO extra charge for coming out on the holiday weekend. They have also donated to help people I know. They are good people.

This company is very reliable. When we called and said we would like them to bring out a tank for us, they were so nice and set up a date. They were there on time and set the tank and made all the connections and safety tests. We did have a little problem but they were right there to solve it for us. The people in the office were so friendly and respectful to us. We are seniors and sometimes we don’t understand things very well, but they took their time and helped us a lot. We are glad we called this company Stevens Propane) Buckley, Michigan. We will be glad to recommend them to anyone.
