Water aerobics
The pool area is disgustingly filthy. The area has not been cleaned in over a year…bleachers are dirty..there is trash under the bleachers. Lockers area is clean..rest of Y is clean…..PLEASE clean pool area. I would think the Y staff would be quite embarrassed..and the “higher up” staff should be embarrassed.
I don't really use them.
We appreciate the various classes, the pickleball, the track, and the locker room facilities.
The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have visited other facilities where the reception staff talk to each other, rather than to the customers.
I attend the BOOM classes, I really like them. I wish there were more Circuit classes, maybe upstairs

The staff is very friendly. We love playing pickleball there. Such a nice group of people. The place is very clean and the bathrooms are awesome.
I enjoy the walking track and frequently use it. However, I haven’t signed u for any other classes yet.

Enjoy the walking track. Appreciate the air conditioning especially on these very hot and humid days. Also, The staff are very friendly . The facility is well maintained. The location makes my drive comfortable.

The facility is very clean, YMCA staff continue to monitor the exercise area to keep it clean and put away equipment not put away by members.
Friendly, well trained class instructors. The facility is welcoming, clean and beautifully decorated. A good outreach to Westfield community and surrounding areas.
Beautiful facility. The pool is amazing — I enjoy it two times weekly. And we also have been using the free weights and machines for toning.

I walk the track. It is great to walk indoors in this hot, sticky weather. Every employee is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. However, it is pricy for me as a senior who does not have the Silver Sneakers benefit.
