The facility has a variety of equipment and it's all in great condition. I love that we have access to a variety of classes that are included in our membership.

I’ve only used the pool for lap swimming but it’s great and was a bit Leary of coed locker room at first but it’s fine too along with showers and changing rooms

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate the ease of use in the weights and machines area, I also use the track. Seeing what’s going on in the gym below the track and outside through all the windows enhances the experience. I like the locker system with built in locks that are easy to use and right by the track and weights.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So far, using Matrix machines, track, and stationary bike, always room to use whatever equipment I desire no matter how busy! My wife has been in a couple of classes and enjoys the workouts and meeting other women with similar interests. We are retired, but there's a great mix of young and old whenever we're there. For families with small children, they have childcare on site. Honestly, it doesn't get better than this if you're looking for a fitness home!

Love the Enhanced Fitness, Silver Sneakers Classic, and chair yoga classes. The instructors are great and the fellow classmates are nice.

I’ve only been a member for a month. I’ve tried several classes already and enjoy them all. Also video catalogue of classes and live streams are great!! The variety is super.
