First off the front desk ladies know everyone maybe not by name but they are always friendly and helpful.
I sometimes have to call to reserve class for my mother in law and my neighbor because they don't have the app. The person that answers in member services always helpful and polite.
The instructors for chair yoga and silver Sneakers,Barb,Liz , Allie and Mona make everyone feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel bad if you can't do every position exactly.

I'm glad I have a place I can come and workout whether it be the water or in the weight room as well as in one of the many classes.
I have only been involved with water aerobics, but have been impressed with the facilities, instructors, and all other YMCA staff I have had contact with.
I like the lap pool for lap swimming. I wish you had more times in the day with all 4 lanes open for more than one hour at a time though.

I love going to go to the water aerobics class. The instructor, Linda is the best instructor so fun plus a vigorous workouts every time. Great group of ladies too
