I am really enjoying the gym and having a personal trainer. I was recovering from back surgery so the classes for the older adult were helpful at the beginning too.
The instructors. Especially Allie, Liz, and Barb. I know chair yoga was moved to the gym because of size but it was a shame it was cut to two days. I'm sure the instructors have a different life schedule in the summer.
And you want a variety of classes like Innercchai.

The chair yoga and the Zumba gold. The instructors are great in matter of fact all the employees are fabulous, friendly and polite .

Hello, Yes, I am very impressed with the staff, especially in the pools. Wonderful, uplifting spirits and kindness.
The swim department for my son's lessons have been amazing, all of the staff we've come in to contact with, from the instructors to the directors I've had to reach out about rescheduling one of his classes to the people that scan us in, everyone has been nothing short of friendly and helpful.

Lap swimming. Nice staff. Clean facilities.
Definitely liked the number of options to fit our schedule. The teachers, Bonnie and Linda, were absolutely wonderful with the kids. My son learned quite a bit about water safety and I appreciate the focus on it.
The staff is very helpful and patient with my swim lessons. Owen is the best. I love the group on Sundays for the teen and Adult class.
Instructors are great! My kids love coming to swimming class.
