I love the water aerobics but I don't like the inconsistency of the teacher's & closing the pool at 11:00am. My Doctor recommended water aerobic for weight loss but sometimes I have doctors appointments early morning and can't get their sometimes until later, but that's when the pool is closing.
I like the variety. I haven’t been to the ymca in the fort for awhile. I went to LA fitness after it has been open 5-10 years. They didn’t update anything. The pool and hottub area look old and dirty. Everything at ymca ft harrison looks nice and updated. Clean and nice facilities. Nice and helpful staff.
I am wondering about the bike schedule… every time I check the room and it’s scheduled, but no one is there.
Cardio Dance Classes, Group Ex classes in general, friendly staff, awesome members and teachers!

I appreciate the Silver Sneaker yogo sessions with Sharon on Monday and Fridays. I had been away from those classes for several months, and really missed the good stretching, as well as Sharon's graciousness, instruction and wisdom.
Sharon’s Silver Sneakers chair yoga is the best!! I really enjoy the camaraderie that she promotes among the attendees.
I also enjoy the friendly reception at the front desk. They always make me feel welcome.

What I like, is the fact that it doesn’t matter what age your physical ability is, there is an activity for you. And everyone that works there seems very friendly and happy to be there to help us.

Well Center and Day care
Availability of equipment, frriendly staff, and informative and cleaniliness of facilities are my main reasons for using the YMCA vs some others. I wish I could say it's because of all the pretty young females but I will leave that for the younger guys.
