I like the exercise classes for seniors and the gym equipment. I do really wish there was a real yoga (mats on the floor but poses with modifications) for seniors. The current class at noon on Mon and Fri doesn’t feel like yoga at all to me
I love playing pickle ball. it would be nice if they had a time set for individuals who are just beginning to learn how to play pickle ball. it can be stressful when you are playing pickle ball with those that are advanced.
