The place seems clean and the staff are friendly. Love how they honor and support seniors. Only thing I dislike are the showers. Water just trickles out of the shower head! Can’t these be repaired??
I like the Wellness Center, but have also used the pool to swim and do water aerobics. There are many time and day choices for the class, in addition to choice of instructor. I've also done a few different land classes. There are a umber of classes, as well as a great deal of variety.
The only activity I have had was the quick 45 min introduction.
Reasonable introduction to 5 machines, and advised of some programs could test to see if any I enjoyed for $20 for all access for 20 days, then $55/month to continue. and other aspects available for my use of the gym.

Warm pool that is big, 0 deep entry. I use for my own water aerobics with foam barbells after I lap swim in pool that has appropriate cooler temps. Warm pool ideal for all ages and abilities.
