I enjoy the exercise classes in the pool. The temperature in the pool is warm, the dressing room and pool area are clean, and the instructor is knowledgeable, caring, and fun. The YMCA partners with Silver & Fit, and my insurance pays for it. The YMCA also sponsors social activities, and they give out free produce to seniors.

Plenty of staff. Very nice and helpful. They also speak kindly and quite genuinely to children. Clean facility and outside pool. Great place for kiddos and their parental units!
I use the treadmill and workout equipment.
My wife would love the indoor pool, but can't make the very limited times. She used to swim one mile three times a week. You can't get enough guards. Very sad.
