I liked the Xmas jazz compilation played in the weight room. We need more of it throughout the year.

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers Program. The instructors are fantastic-yoga-Sharon, active older adult stretch-Emily, chair one fitness-Quanay L.I.F.E. Classes-Lorrayne & Emily.

Variety
The Cardio Dance class is a good mixture of exercises. There is also a good variety of equipment in the Wellness Center.
