I like that when my child got is hair cut the stylist let me know about the cowlicks on his head. One on the front which makes shorter bangs look uneven and that next time they recommend a little longer next time.

Great haircuts from Moana. Lived in China for 15 years and they take haircuts seriously. They take pride in doing a great job. I haven't seen this attitude in Ontario until I had Moana cut my hair. I already recommended her to my friends and colleagues. Not they also go to her.

We've been going to this location for 2 years now and generally have had positive experiences, except our last cut. The manager remembered this and discreetly managed to get us one of the other superstar stylists (as she is one herself.) Our stylist (I just didn't catch her name) made sure my son got the exact cut he was looking for. She worked with him throughout the haircut to make sure it was okay before she went onto the next step. She was very skilled, personable and had a great way with kids. I'll definitely be looking to get her to cut my son's hair again.
