Love that I can book my spot online and show up without needing to wait. Friendly staff. Although they know how I like my hair cut, they always ask . And check periodically during the cut to see if I'm happy with the cut.
I can just walk in, or call in or use the app to get my hair cut. Personally, I like the app.
