I did a walk in at the Upper James Hamilton store on a Friday night at 7:30pm not using their app(they close at 8:00pm) with two customers waiting already, and they were nice enough to make room for me, which I appreciated.
I got a regular senior cut, and the girl Thi Tina did an excellent job. She was very friendly and smiling, talkative, and would highly recommend her.

I purchase coupon books in support of local charity.
It includes a coupon for a haircut but only for new customers. I don't believe that's fair to the person whom spent $20 on the coupon book.
I drove 40 minutes to Oxford location only to learn that I didn't read the fine print and was not eligible for a free haircut.
Remember, these are purchased coupons and not free giveaways.
If the other participants did the same then the charity would only sell to a person once.
You should not participate in that charity with a one time use coupon and not yearly.

Tina is always amazing. She's pleasant and welcoming and does a fantastic job with my hair. She remembers how I like my hair styled, what length of trimmer is needed, and provides honest feedback when I ask about trying a new style, as well as giving great advice about grooming products. I'll definitely keep coming back!
