I appreciate the ability to connect through the app so I’m not waiting in the store a long time to have my hair cut. They listen to what I want and I have rarely had a cut I wasn’t happy with. I also like the conversation with the stylists.

I arrived at Sport Clips (Queensway) around 3:30 pm. I was immediately welcomed by Stylist, Kim. There would be about a 20 minute wait, as Kim had a customer. The store is bright, clean and all the Stylists are friendly and professional! Kim is an excellent Stylist; friendly, chatting, thorough and does a great haircut and shampoo ( with all the extra 'touches'). I left the Store, very satisfied!
