A comprehensive facility within walking distance.
Wide variety of offerings. Friendly people. Especially love my yoga, Body Shred, and Pilates instructors!

Instructors are great, a lot of different classes available.
I actually prefer Englewood YMCA
Its not as busy and the people are friendlier.

But I do think that members are sometimes very possessive over the area in the class that they want. This makes for some people feeling like they don’t belong.
I think maybe instructors should note at the beginning of class that we are all there to work out and feel better. And that although you may want a particular spot you may not always have it.
It’s sad that we even have to say this but I think it needs to be addressed.
I love Body Pump and Body Combat. Lenka is an excellent instructor. We miss Chris and hope she is up to coming back soon!

The programs and the services are extremely well managed. The staff is visible and approachable. The facility is clean and always tidy. I have observed many different staff members do a variety of different jobs to ensure it runs smoothly. The one takeaway: the entire staff is extremely friendly and upbeat-all the time. That is culture not work practice.
