There are so many options. Most things are included in the membership without extra fees.
I wish you had more adult dance options for exercise but I did notice you added a 7 pm Zumba 2 days a week which really helps those of us that work.

At this time , i'm only using the machines to work out. I do plan on expanding my participation in the future. Possibly stretching or exercise classes. I Particularly like that I can go at a time that is not crowded to my workout and get it done.

Local and available when I'm available. Instructors are great and facility and workers are so personable and helpful.

Good mix of classes, body balance with Leslie is great and so is she.

There are lots of choices to choose from and they fit all levels of endurance.

You have plenty of options making it easy to do different types of workouts and cross train as well as meeting new people and lots of amenities such as one of my favorites, a hot tube.

I have been to many gyms, and the size and accessibility to various equipment at the YMCA can not be matched in the Venice area. Employees are always available and very friendly.

We havent used a program or activity for awhile - but plan too soon.
the leaders of the exercise programs are very friendly and take time to get to know the clients, strengths and weaknesses and suggest modifications when needed.

My husband and I take Seniors In Motion 3 days a week. Wonderful class.
