Don’t use except weights and cardio

Motivation comes from all directions: the class offerings, the equipment, the personal trainers, and the general atmosphere of the Y.

I love my yoga classes with Michelle Worby. She is a wonderful instructor and I feel so much better after each class with her. She cares greatly for all of her students. The same ones keep coming, occasionally joined by new ones who are always welcomed and acknowledged. I think the world of Michelle and how she leads her classes and workshops

Very varied

Cardiac water aerobic. Clean. Friendly staff.

A variety of programs and activities.

The pool is so clean and well attended to with lifeguards and equipment. A few years ago it had black algae on the bottom, little to no staff (after Covid) and the lanes themselves were not regulated as to who could swim in which lanes. Thank you to the pool director and the Y!

So far am happy with one class as often as I can make it as many days it is offered. Great variety for us to choose from.

I use the weights and the treadmill.

Variability

They are very inclusive. The instructors are clear and specific.

Very clean and nice machines. The entire place is always clean, the locker rooms are always spotless.

I like the group fitness classes as there are many to choose from, although some are difficult to get in since they fill up so quickly.
I love that there are so many weight machines, elliptical machines and treadmills. I can usually find one to work out on when I'm not in a fitness class.

I come to the gym only to work out. I’m really not involved in any programs nor activities, unless that working out is considered an activity.
I do say the gym and all it has to offer is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to.. Your staff very professional. I have only one issue (which I have brought with staff as well as in writing) So I mention once again. That would be the use of cell phones while sitting on equipment as if were a phone booth. Using a phone to listen to music while working out is fine, but to take sit at a station while conversing on the phone should be a big NO!
I only wish the facility would make this point a little stronger to all members. I’m not the only one that feels this way as I have heard from other members that feel the same.

I find the class schedule very limited and don’t like that you can only sign up a few days ahead

The Y’s adult fitness classes are great! The instructors are wonderful and there are are wide variety of classes to choose from - for all levels of fitness.
