Trainers are professional and treat the students respectfully. The Y has a variety of classes to choose from. Facility is clean and inviting with up to date equipment.

I am a snowbird and only here for 4 months. I rent less than a mile from your facility. I use it several times a week for strength training workouts

I only use the weight machines and precor elliptical.I was a runner till injuries so I’ve been working out since 1980 and it’s a daily routine.Plenty of showers and space in the changing rooms.Other guests are always easy to make conversation with and pleasant.Up north I belong to a gym where there’s too much testosterone.Size 18” neck size4 hat if you know what I mean…None of that here thank the lord but we must be tolerant of others shouldn’t we..Thanks for asking…
