We were helped promptly, and given authoritative answers to our questions. When we were asked whether our bikes needed servicing, we were told “no” even though we would not have known enough to question another answer: extra points for that!

Went to Bike Mart on Lovers Lane for new tires. Joe took plenty of time to describe the different brands of tires for sale so I felt confident that I bought the best ones for my bike and style of riding.

Very patient and knowledgeable service staff. I have been to many bike shops where you feel stupid for asking a question or explaining a problem with your bike, but not the case here. Refreshing to see a service department that is nice and understanding.
