Having been a very satisfied Yankee Propane customer since 2005, we were understandably a bit concerned when the change over was made to Superior Plus. We always had a good relationship with Yankee and hoped that it would continue with Superior.

I am a new homeowner that ran out of propane for the house. I saw your name on the tanks and called immediately to schedule an emergency refill. This on a Friday when you closed at 12:00 noon. You quickly and efficiently set up my account and the local office dispatched a truck to my home. Within hours the tanks were refueled and we were able to resume bathing and cooking.
