I wish I could remember her name, but an Angel had helped me when I was in a stressful spot. I had been hit with situation after situation in life. And when I got a surprise bill, I was shattered. My Angel helped me... she made everything so much more bearable in my hard time and I actually cried from gratitude.

Deliver in a timely fashion
I spoke with Tina(I believe from Ohio) on 9/9 in regards to placing an order to take advantage of the special offer to fill my tank and save .20 cents per gallon. She was very personable and knowledgeable and placed my order. She provided me with the estimated cost based on my tank at 20%. The delivery came on 9/16 and after the driver left I checked the gauge only to find out it was only at 70% not 80 which i understand is considered full. I called and lucky enough I got Tina again. She thought maybe the driver ran out of propane but since there was nothing on the receipt left by the driver we weren't sure why it wasn't full. She said she would get back to me once she heard from dispatch but I never received a call back.
