The thing I like best about your service is prepay. I pay for it in April and don't have to worry about a thing all year. You deliver and all is well. It's easy and with prepay guarantees a locked in rate during a time that an inept President has the economy in shaky waters. I also like being part of the Superior family because I know that if there is an issue with furnace or water heater, your service department has proven itself to be fast and dependable. In fact the only thing I don't like is being bothered by these ridiculous surveys. If I don't answer the first time, you only annoy me by asking the second or third time. Our relationship is that I provide a fee for a service which you provide. I am not your pen pal and in the grand scheme, most people don't ever ask me where to buy propane, so it doesn't really matter if I'd recommend you. I will if I am ever asked. I have never been asked.
