But much to my pleasant surprise I received a call the very next day from a customer service rep asking what could be done to make me feel better as a customer! WOW! I explained my concern and the rep immediately fixed the issue for me. I was amazed and very pleasantly surprised.

Feeling confident that we won’t run out of propane. I assume my usage is tracked and fills are authorized as needed. So far so good. I’m trusting the system as my NY home is a seasonal one and we are there late spring to late fall. Thus far we have not run out of propane. We use it for cooking only.
