So far, the employees at Superior Plus Propane have been courteous on the phone (customer service) and in person for the installation of the tanks and the filling of the tanks. The special price I received as a new customer is the best rate I found and with the least amount of extra charges--having called 3 other propane suppliers--and I hope Superior will continue to value me as a customer for years to come and not take my business for granted.

Regina Sargent was above and beyond the best and went out of her way to acknowledge the service failures and remedy as much as she could. I will still a customer so long as I can continue to have her as my point of contact. Regina was amazing, thoughtful and beyond courteous. I made the change I think in August or September and I've been very pleased. First of all, your gas is cheaper in price and I haven't had any problems since I've changed. I would have no problem recommending your company to someone else. I have one question though -- why do you indicate a Hazmat Fee and a Fuel Recovery Free on your bill as separate items? Is the Hazmat Fee broken up among how many customers you have? And what is or does the Fuel Recovery Fee used for or do?
website is helpful. what is NOT helpful is having to pick up the phone and call to request a delivery as an automatic delivery customer. for example, i want to ensure an adequate supply of propane before a storm, yet our capacity is just above the point where it kicks off the auto delivery. simple enough to add a button with a comment section to make such a request.

Reliable service, monitoring my tank and delivering propane when my tank starts to get low, and especially the ability to purchase the equivalent of futures contracts/fractional shares to lock in prices.
