I cannot say enough about the assistance that Arlene Bethel has given me when I came on board with Raintree...the billing was literally dumped in my lap and the previous biller, who was outsourced, had created some problems in the system after being let go. Arlene was totally patient and identified the problems immediately, corrected them and we moved forward. I do not think I would be here at this moment if she had not been available to assist us. Raintree is very lucky to have such a dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable associate.

I like the product and all that it can do.
I think the software is very comprehensive. I like that you are always looking for improvements in the software and listen to customer to get ideas. I think that Kathryn has been a big improvement as she understands therapy and the importance of changes - like Medicare Function Reporting and Web outcomes.
