Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful first off, which is the most important! Also, there's lots of options as far as fitness goals- there's group fitness; personal training; swimming; gym equipment;and you offer PT services. I like that my insurance gives me a discount for my membership and your PT is in my network. It's great you offer childcare for the Moms & Dads, and I love your free community classes you offer. There's always lots of events posted for things going on in the community or fun events that you offer as well. I love all the challenges that you have throughout the year, like the 90-day challenges for example. The in-house salon is so convenient and absolutely great. I love the smoothies at the front desk too! It's the best fitness club I have ever been a part of. I love it here. Thank you!

I love the classes, the personal trainers, the equipment and the staff is so personable and available.
I love the facility and the trainers. I do wish you had more Small Group Training classes and maybe boxing.

I like the size of the facility and variety of services and equipment.
My major complaint still is the ladies locker room and toilets. It smells very funky in there. I believe the floor should be tiled... Ventilation or air-freshners would help...
Also the wifi problem in the ladies gym. I cannot use that area as I listen to Pandora which I'm sure many other users do too.

Great atmosphere, convenient 24 hour site
Ann really listen to the issues I'm having and does an excellent job to ensure I leave pain free.
Super convenient, the new paint/updates to the express gym are great, has everything I need to get a good workout. The clean locker rooms are a plus!
Had to rehabilitate my knee after having it replaced. I was able to use the Spinning room bikes and the on-demand videos until I was able to handle a real class. It was very helpful. Also Angela and Nicole from the Soul Movement Pilates classes assisted me with pre-rehab exercises before surgery. BAC greatly improved my outcome.

Since I started working at the BAC it did not take a long time for me to get comfortable. I've had no bad experience with every fellow employee. I praise their warm welcoming new members and other employees and would recommend at the highest to friends and family.

Having difficulty with stairs, the side entrance is important to me. Only issue is that I don't have access to staff upstairs.
