Staff is terrific. Facility is clean and bright. Always something going on!
I like the teachers and classes. I do have a few suggestions:
- please get a dimmer for the spin room. Bright lights and spinning don't go together.
- pilot more classes like a treadmill interval class, pedals and kettles and more. It gets boring.
- the rpm release music isn't that good. Can your teachers ever try their own mix once in a while?

I LIKE THE WOMEN'S ROOM THE ONLY PART I REALLY USE (BESIDES DRESSING ROOM).IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE HAD SOME CONTROL OVER THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC, IT TENDS TO BE LOUD AND BAD. PLUS MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE THEIR OWN THING OR WANT TO HEAR THE TV WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN IT WAY UP LOUD.

Nice remodel job and accommodating the use of 24 hour facilities during it. Great job! Also, sad to see Ernie passed away.
I like that it is open 24/7 and it is close to my house. Basically has everything the other gym has just smaller and less people. I am excited to see the renovation. The one thing I would ask to put into the express gym is a landmine attachment. It is the one thing missing from the gym.

Professional and very knowledgeable staff. The BAC Salon always keeps up with new hair styles and new product lines.Kimberly Linnekin does my hair; and she makes it look like I am going to a special event. She has also given me facials with amazing results.Everything she does is to perfection.

Love the hours and the people are nice. I wish there was more equipment for people with physical disabilities such as myself. For instance, the hand bike that you have at the main club would be a great addition to the express club, as I am unable to get to the other gym. As of right now, the only cardiovascular machine I can use is the rowing machine. I would appreciate being able to switch up my routine every once in awhile.

I love all the amazing options in the salon at the BAC, they have an great team and I always feel like I am with family when I step in the door, not to mention the many talented people they have keeping you feeling, and looking beautiful and healthy
