The trainers are amazing!
BAC has so much to offer: equipment, group classes, pool. There are about 10 different classes I want to participate in. I just recently joined, and was so impressed by the people I spoke with (especially Jill), that I joined right there on the spot. I also have a personal trainer, Brandon, who is absolutely terrific! He gets me motivated. These folks are very people oriented and really want to work with you to see you achieve your goals. I'm so glad I joined, as I'm overweight and out of shape, but can see me reaching my goals with BAC. Thanks!

Salt filtration pool and patio. Exercise studio and women’s room. Would like to see several gentle Yoga classes.
Friendly people at the front desk. It’s a convenient place for people working at the Cummings center!
Classes are fun, instructors are great! I love the salt water pool! There is a sense of calmness and well being as soon as I walk in.

Love the BAC. My only request would be opening up the BAC Express from 5-7am on the weekends in the mornings for normal BAC members. I never go there during the week, but I often skip going to the BAC on weekends because of the 7am start time. It doesn't make sense to pay for the additional costs for those weekends I'd go.
The classes
Clean facilities, friendly staff, nice locker rooms, plenty of machines and group classes
It is a nice gym, it costs more than others, but it has some really nice features and it doesn't feel like a "work-out factory". Plus, you have really great trainers, and without mine, I wouldn't be able to move,and probably would have quit the gym by now
I love the personal care that your team provides. I went for hair and make-up, both Nicole and Liana did an exceptional job which I so appreciated. They are professional and attentive to detail.
The salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly and Nick is amazing!!
