The staff is great. helpful, friendly, and professional. Things would be improved the men's steam room and the drains out side of it did not smell badly so often. Maintaining the drains can be an easy part of a routine

I enjoy having access to the HIIT room. Is there any way members can take a instructional tutorial to use the bumper plates within the HIIT rooms. I used to do crossfit and would love to have the access to the bumper plates to create my own WODS or follow the WOD schedule I get from a fitness App.

What days, great shower room, excellent staff, food is wonderful, so many workout machines it hard to know which one to work on. All in all a great place
