Small gym with not many people and it's very clean

I am a swimmer at heart and the salt water pool is wonderful. Having a women's only training room is a wonderful perk. The cleanliness of the whole facility is very nice. The staff is friendly.

I only do the H20 exercise classes, 5 times a week. I have use Soul PT twice and will again in March after shoulder surgery. After that heals (4-5 months) I will be back to the H20 classes/
