The gym and locker room amenities are clean and the staff is always pleasant. I'm working with Soul PT, Andy, who is just tops. There is a nice variety of gym equipment and it's mostly in good working order.

Very clean, never too crowded
I went to the satellite gym at Cummings. It is always clean and the people are always friendly; both staff and members. There are always plenty of cleaning supplies. The equipment is perfect for what I need. It has never been crowded. I love the 24 hour access even though I typically attend normal hours.
