Never crowded,love the woman's gym and pool
Facility and equipment are very good. Staff always helpful when approached
The service is good my only complaint is that the men's and steam room could be cleaner. In the showers the drains are often partialy blocked with hair and soap scum. In the steam room it frequently smells and the benches feel unclean. Overall I feel everyone does a good job.

The variety of programs offered and the awesome instructors. Ladies room needs maintenance though. Would not use same contractor. Already had an updgrade and soap dispensers broken and faucets and toilet wobbly.

Convenience, generally very few people in the gym, staff is friendly, equipment meets all my needs. clean.
I love that the gym is 24/7 and that it is always clean. The equipment is set up very well and anything I need in order to complete my workouts is there. Staff are always nice and welcoming and the gym is never overpacked when I go. All around great facility.
