I joined the gym in October. Working with Mike W Trainor has help me. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 4 years old. He has challenged me to do things, I thought I couldn't do. Working with him and physical therapy has been great.

Mike Donellan is a great trainer. He's a little bit fun and ALL BUSINESS. One on one training has made me stronger in less than two weeks.
That its 24 hours, and not crowded.
I love having a pool and an exercise room just for woman. I also love knowing there is a salon there, physical therapy available if needed, and personal trainers.

I love taking classes at BAC but, the things that would make me recommend BAC are the staff. The trainers and instructors are great, the YAC staff is amazing, and my daughter and I love her swim teacher Mel. It is really a welcoming environment. I see people of all fitness levels and it is not intimidating.

Good size gym, best for the Beverly area. With the express included can go anytime, also that the majority of the classes are included in the membership fee.

I have to say that I am one of your best cheerleaders.. I am always advertising this amazing club and its fabulous salon. Anne is just one of your many hidden gems in this place.. I would not go anywhere else, and in fact canceled a 5 year massage membership elsewhere when I won my first massage at a launch. I have never regretted my decision to cancel, my only regret was not finding out about this salon sooner.. Thanks again Anne and thanks BAC for all the amazing extras your club offers, SOLEI IS A++++++ in my book
I like the side entrance because it saves my knees. I like the whole gym because a PT at Soul can talk with my personal trainer. I LOVE the pool, though it needs to be warmer.
