Each and every agent I spoke to was very nice and made sure I understood every step. They always asked everytime if I had questions or concerns. They were always willing to answer any questions that I did have and always checked in and let me know at what stage of the buying process I was in. When I went to the Clarkston location, all three agents there were just as helpful and nice! This was definitely the best buying experience!!! I had to buy a body part for my fifth wheel and guys had it stock. Parts people were very friendly and helpful. New exactly what I needed. We even purchased a new 10" mattress for our camper ($463.00) on their recommendation. Great service.

Fast parts delivery and service. They took the time to discuss diagnosis and answer questions. Reaching the right person by phone can be a bit challenging.

Amorette is level 10 her communication was great, however, while she was on vacation, somebody totally dropped the ball and told me that work on my Camper was completed and they were just waiting for a part and when I receive my camper back, those things were not complete.

At the end of the day, my family and I moved into a new Brinkley, and that has been a lot of fun this week.
